Sims & data
No. iRacing has the deepest integration: schedule sync, result import per session, qualifying laps and driver matching through iRacing's official API. ACC and rFactor 2 are supported through manual results or CSV import, and a Custom Game option covers any other sim. Protests, licence points, standings and payments work the same for all of them.
You link your iRacing account to your league once. From then on you can browse your iRacing leagues, sync the race schedule (preview first, then apply) and import results per subsession. Drivers who link their own iRacing account are matched automatically; others can be matched by their customer ID.
Results can be imported from iRacing CSV exports (league and official formats) or entered manually as an entry list. Drivers are created when they register on your league site or when you add them. There is no bulk importer for historical seasons from other tools yet.
Your league does. Every league is its own tenant; other leagues can never see your data. Drivers can export their personal data and delete their account under GDPR.
Stewarding & rules
During a race, stewards open the live incident view. Incidents logged by one steward appear instantly for the others, and you can see who is watching the same race. Penalties applied in the sim are recorded as a reference. The optional companion app sends session start, end and incidents automatically.
After results are imported, the league opens a protest window. Drivers file a protest against a logged incident from their portal. Stewards investigate, request responses, issue post-race penalties and close the case. Pending protests are dismissed automatically when the window closes, and resolved cases are visible in the steward decisions register.
Time penalties, position penalties, disqualification, time credit (to undo an unfair in-sim penalty), championship points deductions, warnings and bans. Classification penalties recalculate the results and standings immediately.
Each penalty can carry licence points, counted over a rolling window you configure. When a driver crosses the threshold, stewards are alerted and can suspend the driver with one click. Drivers can appeal a suspension; stewards lift or reject with a note.
Yes. A driver can appeal a penalty within the appeal window. Stewards confirm or overturn the decision, and every step is logged and visible to the driver in their case overview.
Website, drivers & community
Yes, a free one on your league site, with email and password or Discord. Drivers can link their iRacing account so results match automatically. Accounts are per league site.
Every league gets yourleague.leaguegrid.app. On the League plan you can add your own domain; SSL is provisioned automatically.
You set the name, logo, colours, hero image, description, Twitch channel and social links. Series, calendar, results, standings and steward decisions are published automatically. There is no free-form page editor.
Install it once, pick channels and it posts race results on publish, race reminders and rulings. It can assign roles automatically. Per-competition webhooks are available too. Discord features are on Pro and League.
English and Dutch, for the admin panel, the league site and the emails. Each league picks a default; visitors can switch.
Payments & plans
You set a price per competition. Drivers pay through Stripe Checkout (cards and iDEAL) and the money goes to your league's connected Stripe account, minus the platform fee of your plan. Passes gate registration for that competition.
Create a fundraising goal with a target and a public support page. Donors pay through Stripe; the processing fee is covered by the donation so your league receives the full amount minus the plan's donation fee. Milestones can be posted to Discord.
Every first league gets 14 days of Pro for free, without a card. After that it moves to the Free plan unless you upgrade.
No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel at any time from the billing page. Your league keeps working on the Free plan.
Your next season deserves better than a spreadsheet.
Create your league, invite your drivers and run your first race this week.
