Question 1

What happens when the trial ends?

Accepted Answer

After 14 days your league moves to the Free plan automatically. Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted. If you are above the Free limits, you get a 7-day grace period and then read-only mode until you upgrade or reduce usage.

Question 2

What exactly is the platform fee?

Accepted Answer

Only what you sell through LeagueGrid carries a fee: competition passes and donations. It is deducted from each payment via Stripe; your league receives the rest directly. There is no fee on the subscription itself.

Question 3

Do drivers pay anything?

Accepted Answer

Not to LeagueGrid. Drivers only pay what your league charges them, for example a competition pass. Driver accounts are free on every plan.

Question 4

Can I switch plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the end of the billing period, with proration handled by Stripe. You manage everything from the billing page in your admin panel.

Question 5

How do I cancel?

Accepted Answer

From the billing page, at any time. Your league stays available on the Free plan; your data is not removed.

Question 6

Do I need a Stripe account?

Accepted Answer

Only if you want to sell passes or take donations. Connecting Stripe takes a few minutes and is available on Pro and League.
